1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zome Wallet (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zome Wallet. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its use is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Description of Service

Zome Wallet is a non-custodial multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet application. We provide software tools that allow you to:

  • Generate and manage cryptographic keys for supported blockchain networks
  • Send, receive, and swap digital assets
  • Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
  • View staking rewards and NFT collections

Zome Wallet is a software provider only. We do not hold, custody, or control your digital assets at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your keys and funds.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Zome Wallet does not store your private keys or seed phrases on our servers. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot recover your funds. We have no ability to reverse, cancel, or recover any blockchain transaction once broadcast.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Zome Wallet to:

  • Conduct or facilitate any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Engage in market manipulation or any deceptive trading practices
  • Circumvent or violate sanctions regulations

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of digital assets can increase or decrease rapidly and unpredictably. You could lose some or all of your digital assets. You acknowledge that:

  • Zome Wallet does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice
  • Past performance of any digital asset does not guarantee future results
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • Smart contract interactions carry additional technical risks

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Zome Wallet are the exclusive property of Zome Wallet and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zome Wallet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
